International labor service is one of traditional businesses of FICC. Over the years, more than 20,000 manpower with many kinds have been assigned abroad, of which the working areas included Japan, Korea, Singapore, Guam, Iran, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Libya and many other countries and regions. From 1994 to 2005, as the sole agent of Liaoning Province, China, FICC had worked with the Korean Central Association for Small and Medium Enterprises and assigned the trainees to various fields there. During the same period, in conjunction with both Korean Building Industry Association and Korean Water Conservancy Industry Association, a large number of service manpower was assigned.
